2022 YEAR IN REVIEW

🎉 Happy New Year! 🎉

Over the past year, we have worked hard to give our customers the best experience possible.

Below are some highlights from the past year:

✔️ We kicked off 2022 by getting our company contracted with multiple carriers — an absolute game changer that set us on our path to growing our team…and so much more.🚀

✔️ We added 3 new Medicare advisors to our Healthwhiz team. We plan to grow the team even bigger and increase our footprint in more states in 2023.

✔️ We increased our presence in the Travel Health marketplace. Thinking about traveling outside the US for a vacation or a long-term stay? Most US health insurance coverage stops at the border, leaving you without protection if you have an accident or get sick. We offer expanded resources to help ensure you’re fully protected while away.

✔️ We added other lines of insurance products. Life. Disability. Critical Illness. Group Health. And we’re just getting started.

✔️ We partnered with the New Jerusalem SDA Church to set up a resource table at the food pantry. This year will be even bigger and better as we’ve lined up several carriers, home care providers, and other community partners to join us in delivering resources to the community.

✔️ We partnered with a local pharmacy to help their customers find and enroll in appropriate coverage. We have forged similar relationships with other pharmacy providers that will be rolled out in 2023.

✔️ We are one of the insurance advisors at Oak Street Health, a national primary care provider for adults 65 and older with Medicare. Each week, I am on-site at Oak Street’s Cambria Heights facility in Queens, NY helping the community understand their coverage, make informed decisions, and when necessary, facilitate enrollment in a Medicare plan.

✔️ We launched Care By Healthwhiz in December, our health concierge subscription program for older adults and caregivers needing support managing health care.

✔️ We grew our business by 62% over the previous year. We couldn’t have gotten here without people like you putting their trust in us. We are grateful for the chance to serve them all!🙏🏽

2022 was a year full of growth and learning. As we step into a new year and begin another trip around the sun, we hope to have your support in making 2023 a year to remember.

We’ve got tons of exciting things coming. Stay tuned and have a wonderful year of full of joy, peace, and love.🥂

With Appreciation,

Ruthlyn Noel-Joseph

President
